Request Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Tanjiren account and associated personal data by emailing support@tanjiren.app from the email address used for your Tanjiren account.

Include the subject line "Tanjiren account deletion request". If you use Tanjiren through an organization, include the organization name so we can verify the request and avoid deleting the wrong account.

What We Delete

  • Your Tanjiren user profile and account identifiers.
  • Linked workstation and controller records.
  • Authentication sessions and device trust records.
  • Organization membership records where deletion does not affect another customer's legal or security records.

What May Be Retained

Some data may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, billing, dispute resolution, or audit integrity. Retained data is kept only for as long as necessary for those purposes.

Tanjiren does not store your source code. Cloud relay terminal traffic is forwarded in real time and is not logged or stored by the relay.

Timing

We aim to respond to deletion requests within 30 days. If we need more information to verify ownership of the account, we will contact you at the account email address.
